To create an item with Colour Size Style attributes you need to open the Inventory Maintenance screen. Just select Inventory from the left menu and Maintenance.

We use this screen to generate all the code combinations for each colour and size.

Press New to create a new product and go to the “Add / Edit Style” tab. Here you can enter in the colours and sizes that pertain to this product.

You must tick the “This is a Style / Colour / Size Item”

You enter in a descriptive word e.g. Yellow or Large and a Code to go with it such as YL for Yellow or LG for Large.

Once configured the system will automatically generate all the codes for every combination of colour and size for this product.
