The are a number of ways in which back orders can be filled in Jiwa.

In this article we will be looking at how to fill back orders using a snap shot when your back order mode is set to Manual.

Back Order Mode

In order to fill back orders via a new snap shot the Backorder Mode on your sales order must be set to Manual.

Your sales order must also have a status of Processed this applicable to both Invoice and Active orders.
